BLIS Advantage: Early Intervention Improves Care

When the BLIS Surgeon suspects a patient may be suffering from a complication event, they can authorize diagnostic or medical care to treat the suspected event.  Equipped with this knowledge, patients will readliy report back to their BLIS Surgeon if they are not feeling well, thus avoiding delays and ensuring patients receive the best care possible and at the appropriate time.  BLIS pays the facility on a direct basis for all care until the covered complication event can be confirmed or ruled out.
