BLIS Advantage: New Patient Financing Options

The goal of BLIS is to improve access to surgery for all patients.  BLISPay, in partnership with Chase Health Advance, provides financing solutions for qualified patients who need financial assistance to pay for surgery. 

BLISPay will offer:

• Monthly payment plans targeted to the needs of patients
• Instant Credit decisions over the phone or on-line based on qualification
• Loan amounts from $1,000 - $20,000 with loan approvals and APR's based on personal credit history
• Revolving lines of credit to use throughout the weight loss surgery journey
